FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) is a systematic approach, used in the automotive industry, for identifying potential failures, their causes and effects, through teamwork.
FMEA is an essential tool for preventing problems from occurring and is an integral part of APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning (AIAG) and VDA MLA - Maturity Level for New Parts (VDA-QMC).
This course is intended for anyone wishing to acquire knowledge of the AIAG-VDA PFMEA methodology.
Prerequisites: computer with internet access.
This training aims to train the participants, already familiar with the FMEA methodology, in the application of the new approach of the FMEA AIAG - VDA manual.

This training programme is distance learning, through the Moodle platform, using active, interrogative and expository methodologies, which reflect the defined learning strategies.
Synchronous Sessions: Deep Learning (Online forums, individual assignments, case studies, self-discovery).
Asynchronous sessions: Flipped Learning (video, text).

Virtual support will be provided through the use of chat and online forums.
The e-trainer as well as the course coordinator are available to assist with any clarifications that may arise during the training action, within a response deadline of 24 hours in the case of the e-trainer and 48 hours in the case of the course coordinator.
