The Porto Business School (PBS) is launching an innovative training program called "Leader Coach", aimed at Portuguese executives, starting at the end of this month. This program, lasting 16 hours between February 27 and March 12, aims to equip almost 20 business leaders with advanced coaching tools, including active listening techniques and team development, to improve leadership and financial results of companies.

The directors of Porto Business School, Catarina Quintela and Margarida Pedrosa, highlight the importance of skills such as self-awareness, effective feedback, and feedforward, emphasizing that well-prepared leaders can generate more productive teams and significantly contribute to the financial objectives of companies. The program, which costs 1,200 euros, is presented as an intensive learning opportunity, with limited spots for 18 participants, aiming for a personalized approach. It is intended for executives from various sectors, reinforcing PBS's position as a prestigious business school in Europe.
