Over the past 28 years, we have had great experiences in the processes of internationalization. Want to know some of the business sectors we have worked with? Let's get into it!
This sector has been growing over the years, and with population growth, the need increases.
We continue with internationalization processes in this sector, mainly in the African market, due to the expansion of Africa's industrial production above the global average. With the new trade agreement inaugurating a market of at least 3 billion dollars and a consumer base of more than 1.3 million people, African industry is expected to double its weight by 2025 and create millions of jobs.
The world has evolved and technology is present everywhere. We had several clients internationalizing even before this boom. Currently, the demand is much higher and several Portuguese companies have a presence in the international market.
Many of the projects in which we were involved in internationalization were for the African market, as Africa's economic base is supported by agriculture and extractive industry.
The African continent continues to be a bet of our clients in this area, as it annually pays 45 billion dollars just in food imports, while the continent has 60% of arable land to produce for Africa and the world.
Renewable energies have evolved positively in the last 15 years, not only due to technological evolution and the reduction of production costs but also due to governmental interest in sustainability. This has made investment in renewable energies an interesting opportunity. This sector offers great incentive systems for companies to increase investment in it.
The projects we were involved in were mainly in West Africa and Latin America and will continue to increase, as the commitment to clean energies is a global flag of our times. Recently, the European Union announced that it will provide 30 billion euros in grant funding for Sub-Saharan Africa, which will have a very significant component in renewable energies. A good tip to start thinking better about internationalizing your company, right?
These are some of the sectors we have already been involved in the internationalization process, but attention!
